Discovery

Kelly Klosure’s process takes you from a discovery phase to planning then to construction, and we follow it up with  ongoing support. For the next few weeks we will discuss each step in more detail. First up is the discovery phase.

How Kelly Works Step 1: Discovery

"I think this is what I need. Can you help me?"

We hear it every day from clients who don't know where to start or don't like the options out there.

Let me give you an example… a Navy client wanted to cover a water tank with a small enclosure, but they were struggling to define exactly what they needed. They asked if someone could take a look at it for them, so I scheduled a visit and booked a flight. When I got to the site last week, I immediately understood why they were having trouble describing their situation and what they wanted to do. Seeing it firsthand made it easy to figure out a couple of options and explain how we would solve their problem.

One of the big reasons our clients choose Kelly Klosure is because we customize structures… you're not forced to go with Product A, B or C and hope that it works.

Discovery

The discovery process is an essential part of every project, and we're here to find out what type of structure you're looking for, including:

·  Use or application

·  Size

·  Location

·  Features such as ventilation, doors, etc.

·  Special performance requirements (removable roof, sidewall opening, portability, etc.)

·  Code or environmental requirements such as wind load, snow load, etc.
