Exclusive Benefits

Other buildings may look like a Kelly, but they aren't designed or made like a Kelly. See why Kelly Klosure is the right choice for your unique needs.

We design to IBC, UFC and AISC structural standards. Custom engineering available for extreme requirements to include anti-terrorism and hurricane environments.

With over 40 years experience in steel buildings and enclosures, our products have been refined to stand the test of time. We stand by the durability and structural integrity of our products.

Time and Cost Savings

Our modular construction makes it easy to get our structures into hard to reach places and close to the work being performed, saving labor and time on a job.

Reduced Hassle

Site prep is a cinch. Buildings can be erected on permanent, temporary or existing foundations. Easy to assemble design reduces dust, noise, and installation time.

Fast Installations

A typical 12' x 15' building is installed in less than a day. Whether you’re installing the building yourself or having a contractor complete your project, you can rest assured that we will assist you in every way and make your project a success.

Need to add oversized equipment? Removable roofs and wall panels make it easy. Need to upsize? Downsize? Relocate? Our buildings are tailor-made for an ever-changing business environment.

Most of your work is done before the building leaves our factory. Exterior sheeting, optional insulation and interior liner, doors, windows, ventilation items are all installed in our plant, making life much easier in the field. A specialized metal building contractor is NOT required for assembly.

Our success is predicated on our performance. We keep our promises. That’s why 80% of our business is with repeat customers.

A Kelly Klosure panelized building system will help the end-user manage changing site conditions. Our pre-framed panel concept is designed for efficient relocation and reuse. Our unique “anti-syphon” overlapping edge does not require field-applied screws so there’s no need to “realign” holes in the exterior sheeting when reassembling. Panels are simply unbolted and placed in shipping storage frames that are ready for transport and/or reassembly.
