Features
- Minimum Inside Dimensions of 15’ Wide x 30’ Long x 8’ High
- The Building consists of Kelly Klosure Structured Roof and Wall panels with all accessories required for assembly.
- The building is designed in accordance with the 2018 International Building Code, 50 psf Snow Load and a 115 mph Wind Load when properly anchored to a concrete foundation (See Optional Steel Baseplate and Anchorage System for use in locations where a Concrete Foundation is not available)
- Painted Exterior Finish
- Factory Installed Rigid Insulation (R.13 in the Walls and R.20 in the Roof) with Flat Steel Interior Liner (Painted White)
- 2 Ea. 3’ Wide x 7’ High Factory Installed Personnel Doors
- 8 Ea. 2’ Wide x 3’ High Factory Installed Vinyl Windows
- Panel Frames and Structural Components include a Red Primer Painted Finish
- 1 Ea. Electrical Package includes 1 Ea. 100 Amp Single Phase Main Panel, 10 Ea. Fluorescent Light Fixtures and 6 Ea. Duplex Outlets
- Designed to be quickly and efficiently Assembled/Disassembled and Relocated with Troop Construction.

Optional Baseplate and Anchorage System:
- For use with reusable / relocatable B-Hut Building in locations where a Concrete Foundation is not available
- The Baseplate System is comprised of Steel Channel with holes for bolted structured wall panel connection and clip angles for Earth Anchor installation
- Baseplate includes a Red Primer Painted Finish
