Our buildings are all 100% custom built, there are no “on the shelf parts”.  It is important that all of your needs are met during the Approval steps.  For example, if you have penetrations that need to be incorporated into your building or special doors that are not provided by Kelly Klosure, we need detailed information to ensure it will fit in the field.  This small initial step can save a lot of time and money as opposed to rework and waiting on new solution parts in the field.  Even something as simple as which end to start the building from is a huge timesaver in the field (if thought of before your building is manufactured).  So please help us help you by giving us as much information as you can in the Approval stages (no matter how insignificant you feel it is).
