Relocatable is not a bad word.

I had a National Guard client call last week to ask about a building they put up 15 years ago.  They are entertaining the idea of moving the building and potentially adding on to it.  This would not be an option with most systems.  Our client is also looking at the cost to build a new facility.  We are assisting with estimates on the labor to take down the existing building and what it would take in replacement parts and labor to re-assemble in another location, as well as what the cost of a brand new building would be.  Either way they go, it’s always nice to have options.  Fifteen years ago they purchased flexibility for the future, and now they have the opportunity to capitalize on that flexibility.
