At Kelly Klosure our buildings are based upon our Standard 3’ Wide Modular Pre-Framed Panels that can be constructed in ¼ the time of a Conventional Rigid Frame Building. The panelized design provides for fast efficient assembly by general labor. The faster assembly is due to the exterior sheeting, liner, and insulation already being attached to the panel frames. Doors, windows, louvers, and exhaust fans come factory installed. Our buildings are relocatable and foundations are more simple and less costly!
