William Davison

Bill Davison has more than 40 years of management experience in various industries. Working at companies like Archer Daniels Midland, Scoular Company, Data Transmission Network, and Continental Alarm and Detection has given him a wealth of management experience. He specializes in operations and financial management, strategic planning, marketing and sales.

Away from Kelly Klosure, he is an avid golfer and on select Saturdays in the fall you'll find him at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska, watching the Cornhusker Football team where he has been a part of over 300 sellout crowds.  If you have some spare time, give Bill a call, he'll be happy to spin a yarn or two and maybe sell you a building while he's at it.

Steve Kneifl
Vice President, Sales

Steve brings over 35 years of product knowledge and experience to the Kelly Sales Team. He began his career at Kelly Klosure on the engineering/production staff as a draftsman and moved to sales after working directly with customers answering technical questions during the sales/order/assembly process. Steve has extensive experience in both commercial and government sales and is a member of GSA’s (General Service Administration’s) “Alliance for Quality Business Solutions” Executive Council.

Outside of Kelly Klosure, he assists his parish school with their marketing and recruitment program, and he enjoys golf and sports in general.

Larry Hladik
Vice President Design, Estimating & Procurement

Utilizing his 38 years of experience, Larry works on special job applications outside the scope of standard Kelly products. Working directly with customers and end users, he coordinates, designs and purchases material for these jobs.

On special QA projects, Larry performs the role of Lead Project Manager working with the customer, the Kelly Design Department and Manufacturing. For special design requirements, he works directly with the outside engineering firm of Nielsen-Baumert Engineering, Inc. out of Omaha, Nebraska. Customer applications for HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) enclosures have become one of Larry’s main specialties.

He holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and is a member of the Nebraska Association of Purchasing Managers, and Fremont School to Career Program.

Larry has an avid love of riding motorcycles, where he is Assistant Director of his GWRRA chapter. For more than 25 years, he has been involved with the Fremont High Trap Team as Activity Director, which keeps him in touch with the sport of youth trap shooting.
