U.S. Navy Office & Training Addition
2,376 sf building on concrete foundation, with HVAC, fire sprinkler, and electrical systems. Build duration: 6 weeks.
 
Bureau of A.T.F. Training Facility
4,626 sf buildings on concrete foundation, separate relocateable service module, acoustical treatment, front pavilion, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
 
UA Brigade Facilities Temporary Fire Station
4,536 sf buildings on concrete foundation, offices, bunk rooms, apparatus bay, restrooms/ showers, equipment decon area, anti-terrorism windows & doors, HVAC, fire sprinkler & alarm systems, electrical. Building shell erected in 10 days. Met Army requirements for re-locatable facility.
 
Mobile VACIS Temporary Ops Facilities
Eleven buildings of various sizes, inspector's booth, ventilation, radiant heat system, and electrical. Project duration: 4 weeks for each facility, many in progress simultaneously. Unique building system allowed many of the facilities to be placed on existing asphalt paving.
 

Commercial Clients

A field service representative is provided on-site for large buildings purchases. They will assist client's maintenance people or the contractor of their choosing with the installation of building system.

A qualified contractor can be suggested for pricing of construction services.

Client-Specified Contractors

Kelly Klosure will work with a contractor of your choosing to help them understand what is required for installation of your system.

 

Government Clients

Government clients may choose to use Kelly Klosure's GSA Schedule contract with ancillary services allowed through Special Item Numbers (SIN) 361-30 & 361-32. The ancillary service line items allow Kelly Klosure to provide field assembly and installation and site preparation related to the purchase of a building system through the GSA Schedule.
