HOW CAN A KELLY KLOSURE BUILDING SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY?

By the time your Kelly building is delivered, most of the time consuming assembly has already been done here in our factory.  Each panel has been welded, painted (or hot dip galvanized), lined and insulated (if option selected), and then sheeted.  They are ready to be stood up and bolted together in the field.  Our Assembly drawings will show exactly where every panel goes.  It also has numerous details and pictures to help make the assembly process go smoothly.  Remember, we are only a phone call away if there are any questions before, during, or after your building goes up.  I am available for on-site service (upon request) to show your crew field proven time saving tips during setup.

Typically, your building is delivered 4-6 weeks after approval.  Once on site, most buildings take 4-8 days to assemble (depending on size and options of building and the size of your crew).  This is much quicker than a “stick frame” building and our building will have about 33% more steel in the structure.  The short assembly time on site will save you money on labor and equipment.  Your building would typically be up and running before the others are even near done.

Any construction savvy crew can put our building system together.  Quite a few crews (new to the Kelly type building design) that I have worked with in the field have stated “this is like an erector set from when I was a kid, but bigger”!  These crews ranged from Union Ironworkers to construction company crews that specialize in steel buildings.

We have a vast amount of sample material on our website including the following: Technical Guides, Specs, Color Charts, Brochures, and Sample Assembly Drawings.  The Sample Assembly Drawings will show you how our basic buildings go together along with the sequence and details.  There are numerous p so check it out!
